Lump-Sum Withdrawal Payment के आयकर वापसी के लिए Tax Agent/Representative के जरूरत होगा, Tax Agent/Representative नियुक्ति के लिए Income tax office को Tax Agent/Representative Notification का पेशकश के जरुरत होगा।

The three cases are stated below:

1. Lump-Sum Withdrawal Payment और LSWP के २०% आयकर वापसी के लिए आवेदन
2. केवल Lump-Sum Withdrawal Payment के लिए आवेदन
3. LSWP के २०%आयकर वापसी के लिए आवेदन

※पेंशन Lump-Sum Withdrawal Payment और कर वापसी आवेदन क्रमशःLabor and Social Security Attorney र Tax Accountant द्वारा किया जायेगा।
※पेंशन Withdrawal Notice जारी किये गये मिति से ५ औं वित्तीय वर्ष तक tax refund दावा कर सकतें हैं।
